Online Booking Guidelines:
1. If this appointment is related to a NEW claim for a motor vehicle accident or a workplace injury, you must contact our office so we can confirm coverage and schedule your appointment accordingly.
2. A valid credit card is required on file in order to use the online booking feature.
3. New Patients and Re-Activation Patients (last visit 2+ years ago) must contact our office to schedule an appointment.
4. We are currently unable to offer online booking for Spinal Decompression or treatments that require the specialized high-low table in Room 1. Please contact our office to schedule this type of treatment.
5. Please only book with your current Chiropractor. We will cancel any appointments that are scheduled with the incorrect practitioner. If you wish to see a different Chiropractor in our office, please contact our office.
6. An assessment with your Chiropractor is required prior to starting Bioflex Laser Therapy treatments.
7. Carefully review the appointment types and select the one which applies to you. If we notice an appointment has been scheduled incorrectly, we will contact you to reschedule.
8. Schedule ONE appointment per day. Patients who reserve multiple appointment times in the same day will be contacted to select a single appointment time. This allows other practice members to reserve appointment times.
Cancellation / No Show Policy:
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.
